They had a skilled training in the central office of John Deere Forestry and on a factory in Finland. At full strength servicing machines for set-offs to allotments are at the disposal of 2 mechanics who are n the staff. A permanently renewable storehouse of spare parts with total value of 250 thousand Euros is already formed in Syrtyvkar. Thanks to the own storehouse delivery terms of the necessary parts are brought down. Experienced personnel are the most valuable resource for lumberers. That is why a studying room for operators of wood-logging machines will start its work soon on the basis of the Syktyvkar branch. Professional forestry machines are being constantly improved and become more complex so it is important the skilled operators should keep abreast of the technical progress. “The main way of our development is to widen the network of the servicing centers, and to decrease delivery time of spare parts and add-in-products. And what is most important is personnel training, and dealer organizations developing,”- general director of JSC John Deere Forestry Hannu Hiettikko commented. |
