Global Paper Forum

The 4th Global Paper Forum was held in Dusseldorf, Germany, on 9-10 June. The Forum was housed by the DRUPA exhibition centre, one of the largest of the kind in the world. The Forum became the major event of the year for the global forest industry. The exhibition sites of some companies exceeded 2,000 sq m. Companies from all corners of the world presented their technologies, materials and equipment.

A specialized conference "Writing the future. Markets for responsible paper” was held within the framework of the exhibition. It was attended by experts in responsible forest management and marketing of FSC-certified forest products from all over the world. The reports and round tables covered the most topical issues relating the promotion of FSC products.

None of Russian pulp and paper or printing company was presented at the exhibition.
