Leningrad region will produce 530 elite toilet paper rolls per minute

The Governor of Leningrad Region, Valery Serdyukov took part in the launch of a new line for production of toilet paper and paper towels De Luxe class by Syassky Pulp and Paper mill.

According to Serdyukov, technical re-equipment and the introduction of new technology ensures a stable development of the Leningrad region and the demand for their products.

The new line of Spanish companies Gambini, installed at the Syassky PPM, is the latest generation of equipment for the production of rolled sanitary products, and is the first line of that level in Russia. It is intended for the production of premium-class products that meet the highest world standards, and allows the consumer to produce about 530 rolls per minute.

The installation of a new line is a joint project between the PPM and the SberBank of Russia. There will be also sign an agreement on supplies of production to Russian Railway Roads.
