UPM Will Demonstrate Its Innovations at Drupa 2008

UPM Company, one of the top actors in the global timber industry and the leading producer of printing paper, will demonstrate its latest innovations at the exhibition Drupa 2008 to be held in Dusseldorf from 29 May till 11 June.

At Drupa 2008, UPM will begin a new campaign to support its key product UPM Finesse – the line of coated papers free of wood fiber. The company will highlight the pleasant whiteness of the paper allowing natural reproduction of images. UPM will launch innovative products, for instance, a new UPM print simulator, which is to be used for training, and a new mobile iRoll, which will allow optimizing the operation of printing machines. Moreover, a novelty “Paper sommelier” for experts choosing specific paper types, i.e. printers, advertisers and advertising agencies, will be presented.
