Investments for GOTEK

A meeting of the governmental commission for national investment projects chaired by Dmitry Kozak, minister of regional development has been held in the House of RF Government in Moscow.
Among other issues, the meeting considered a large-scale investment project “Industrial complex of the city of Novomoskovsk, Tula region”, also directly supported by GOTEK Group.
The total cost of the investment project is RUR46.3bn, out of which RUR9.25bn from the RF Investment Fund and regional budget are to be allocated for transport infrastructure, and above RUR37bn are private investments into the industrial facilities. The leading Russian companies, including GOTEK Group, participate and co-invest into the project. GOTEK Group, for the purpose of its strategy, plans to build a modern test liner and recycled fluting in Novomoskovsk by 2010. The total investments of the company will be approximately RUR8bn.
The development strategy will help GOTEK Group become the biggest vertical integrated company on the Russian package market with its own resources and industrial juggernaut producing high quality packaging from the corrugated cardboard.
